We had to replace wind shields for 2 cars back in August of 2023 at this location.The first was a minivan & the replacement went fine for the most part. Would have given 4.5 stars there because they accidentally left a cellphone in the car & we had to return it. Luckily we didn’t have to leave the parking lot to see it & return it to them. The ends of the seals around the minivan windshield started to curl up from the windshield about a week later but it’s not that big a deal says the hubby & doesn’t want to make the drive back there to get it fixed.I give them 1 star for my experience with my VW beetle windshield replacement. Had two of my vehicles windshield replaced.. One I had to bring into the shop, the other one I used the mobile service. The staff was very professional and courteous. They even called me to let me know I was a week early dropping my car off. I really appreciated that the mobile service tech called me to let me know he was running later than anticipated and gave me a very accurate ETA. As well as followed my additional instruction to a tee. I will recommend this location to my family and will use them again.

Scott did a quick a wonderful job replacing my mother's windshield. He is the nicest man known to mankind. We appreciate your service Scott! PS. The manager was also fabulous. I will break my windows myself, just so I can come back for awesome service ?✨
