Well, not great experience here, maybe just cause I read all this wrong reviews!!! 1st we need to know that they are 24/5 not 7!. Shipping/ receiving hours from 7am - 10pm and by appointment only! They start Sunday 11pm and finish on Friday 11pm. So don’t go there on Saturday or Sunday nobody will be in the wear house period. Any other day if you come before your appointment you might be unloaded.
I have worked with Malnove's shipping department as a 3rd party provider for over 4 years and they have always been amazing to work with. They load and unload trucks super quick and are very accommodating. They treat everyone like family, to show their appreciation during the pandemic, they handed out care kits to all the drivers. Steve and Turtle are super easy to work with and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right and on time. Robert really cares about people! He is always ready to listen to peoples feedback and make changes for improvement. Its hard to find family owns business, where the employees are passionate about what they do. Good place to get unloaded took about hour n half to get unloaded but bonus u are able to park just a block n half away on side of the road by the fence no bathrooms tho people here were nice was very happy
