No the hairstyle is not the same and the highlights in the back of my hair are not chunky they are thin and barely visible compared to the picture. It took you 5.5 hours for I have no clue what reason other than constantly saying you needed a nap. And your website says hair cuts are $25 not $35 with getting hair done. So you are a scam all the way around. Poor service, bad pricing, bad manners

I went to Kayla to change my hair from strawberry blond to some type of gray. The red in my hair didn't want to come out, so Kayla made some suggestions, including combining an ash brown with dark silver. It turned out better than I ever expected! Everybody tells me, "Oh! That's more you. It's beautiful!" Kayla is young but an old soul. She really cares about her clients and works hard to make them happy.
