I called last minute on Thursday for a Friday appointment! The owner said she'd ask her crew and get back to me!'I didn't hear back so I assumed she was booked! Based on the outstanding reviews I felt dumb thinking I could get an appointment last minute! Lol The owner actually texted me after hours to say she'd tried everyone and she was so sorry and to try next week! That is amazing customer service right there!

Lindsey is the absolute best! She has done miracles with my really sad hair and that is saying A LOT! She perfected my color and is always consistent with that process.I was never a person to think about extensions but I am so happy she helped me get on board with that.
