Staff was friendly a little slow to respond but still they were pretty busy. Should maybe look at improving the check in process so that it wasn't dependent on staff that was helping other customers, it slowed the process for me an the Dr. that as waiting for me.
We love Target Optical! My family and I have been going here for the past few years, and every visit has been a great one! Everyone there is amazing, and very sweet to talk to! My husband just ordered his glasses from here, and was pleasantly surprised on how easy the whole thing was! That attributes to the staff who work here; once again, great!
I moved away from the area near the Centerville Target Optical. I used a different location nearer to my house and was not happy with my eye exam or the level of service. I chose to drive the extra miles to come back to the Centerville location. The service and the doctor are 100% worth it!
