We are spending double the cost to get our floors redone after Greg walked off the job. We paid him half at the beginning and then later he said if we found someone else we wouldn’t need to pay him the remaining balance. I feel like he was in over his head and decided it was easier to walk than to fix the noticeable problems and to complete the job.

It makes me sad to review harshly, because as a person he was fantastic. I just don’t want anyone else to have the issues we are currently dealing with. He left us with a mess!

We asked him for special dust care as we have an asthma sufferer in the house. It was a small install. 220sqft or so. Day 1: He did not put up plastic, and we ended up with some dust throughout the main floor of the house. No biggie. He put up plastic for day 2 (sanding). But failed to seal the balcony that overlooked the room he was installing in. Which forced large amounts of wood dust up to the second floor!After he completed the work on time, day 3, we noticed that there were some small issues with the finishing. Greg did an outstanding job sanding, staining, and sealing our old wood floors for a remodel. He is the most affordable, top-quality guy in the business. He repaired and filled in where old wood had rotted, and went above and beyond to make our floors shine (literally). We loved having Greg come. He is the best out there!Service: Remodeling
