They are very knowledgeable and helped us to get our project on time and under budget. They took the time to walk through the design process to help us value engineer the plans to get better results. Full disclosure - I've never used Cook Builders. They did the remodel of a space next to one of my retail locations. While working they cut my data line which killed my Internet and phones on the busiest day of the year. We were down for a few hours and lost a fair amount of revenue. Cook took ownership of the issue and made us whole. There's something to be said for a company with integrity, and these folks have it. The space they renovated looks phenomenal too. I highly recommend giving them your business because, from my experience, they do good work and you can trust them to deal with you fairly and honestly.
