John from Call climate diagnosed and finished the repair within a short amount of time. I had two other companies who didn’t diagnose it right off! They were more interested in selling me a contract. I am so grateful to find a company that has knowledge and integrity! John was pleasant , hard working and honest!

This is the second time we’ve had Call do a major project for us. This time we had them install a mini split unit for our sunroom. And once again they quickly scheduled us, arrived at the appointed time and finished on time. Communication before, during and after the installation was excellent and we’re delighted with the performance of the unit they recommended.

The receptionist was able to schedule a repair worker to arrive @ 2:00. The repair worker called and said he could be there earlier. He let us know what the diagnosis was and offered a cost estimate before doing any work. He traveled to get the part and had it all repaired before the originally scheduled arrival time. He was very kind and efficient. The job site was clean and everything works great.
