“This place is the best in Cedar City. It has a sauna which is rare here and when the gym is busy, it's never too busy. I have never had to wait for a machine or weights once! I certainly recommend spirit over anything else.“

“I am really happy that I found Lacey to do my ultrasounds. I have had three done with her and she is very patient, kind, accurate and friendly. You can walk directly in to the building and I like this as well. Today she had Cindy working with her and she was equally nice. When you go in it doesn't feel like you're going to be going in for an ultrasound and that's a good feeling. It's difficult finding good people in the medical field and certainly she gets an A+“
