When I called for an appointment, Michael got back to me right away though he was busy else where. He told me to pick up the part I needed after I sent him the photo of the problem. Set a time to work on the issue. Double checked by photo the part I purchased. This saved a lot of time and expense. This is a second job for me.
This is the second time Same Day plumbing has come out. Mike and his partner first fixed my tub. They came out the same day, and didn't break my bank. That repair happened maybe a year ago and is still holding.
Recently I called for a quote on a water softener. Mike gave me all the information I needed to research my decision first, never pressured me to do business with him, and after shopping around Mike was the best value in town.
Even if I bought the water softener and installed it myself, it would of been more expensive than what Mike charged me.

Mike was exceptional, professional, communicated well and on time. I truly appreciated him working to fit my repairs into his schedule so quickly and tried to help me save money while getting the work done. Thanks again
