I've known Rob, the owner of PRT Builders LLC, for many years and have always found him to be honest, transparent, and dependable. They pay on time, and their superintendents take pride in their work and consistently maintain high standards. I would gladly recommend PRT Builders to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor.
I have worked with Rob and his team for about two years now. He and his team were absolutely fantastic. I would hire either of the two superintendents that worked on my project.
They erected 26,000 square feet of finished manufacturing plant. The outside is a steel building. The infrastructure requirements were substantial. Additionally, they built 2,300 square feet of finished office space. This was typical wood framing with stucco finish. Turned out great.
One year after occupancy, PRT did a warranty walk through and rather than push back on little things, Rob indicated that they would make it right.
I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone.
Best commercial builder in the West. PRT did what no one else could for us in Brian Head. Fast, timely, responsive, and very intelligent builder. Every superintendent every project manager did a fine job for us. Completely impressed and grateful for the whole team.
