Excellent price for exactly what I wanted. Plus the customer service was excellent. I contacted them to check on my order and the representative, Franz, was fast, friendly, and very helpful.
Franz was very knowlegable and professional. He helped me straighten out an error in my order and got it corrected before the item shipped, helping both the company and myself the potential loss of time to correct my error. I highly recommend Plumbers Stock and particularly Franz.
I ordered a control board for an LP Heater. The order came in a very timely manner. As I was getting ready to install the new board and was removing the old board I spotted the problem which did not involve the control board. I called Plumber Stock and spoke with Franz. He was most gracious and helpful in allowing me to return the control board that I no longer needed. Thank you Franz
