We had a great experience with David at Mr. Rooter plumbing. We have a large home with a well that needed a new filtration system as well as some upgrades on piping etc. David was very thorough, professional and efficient helping identify problems within our setup that needed to be fixed. Our system and water now is a huge upgrade from where we were at.
Andrew was fantastic from the moment he walked in. He was extremely knowledgable and happy to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I cant believe how much more I learned about the state of the plumbing of the house compared to other professionals who'd come and inspected and said everything was fine (when in fact a lot wasnt!) The pricing was MUCH more affordable and they were very open about the pricing rates as well, including ballpark estimates for future repairs. He was in and out within like an hour and a half.
