My experience at Mountain Eye Institute was an over the top experience. I was sent there for Cataract surgery. From the beginning to the end the staff, nurses, Anesthesiologist and Dr. Clinton Duncan were friendly and helpful in this surgical journey. Dr Duncan explained in great detail everything about the process and took time to answer all my questions. As unnerving for me to have this surgery they all gave me peace of mind and I felt reassured all would turn out well. With both eyes now done and in the process of healing, I can say that Dr. Clinton Duncan and all who work for him were GREAT 👍🤗.
I highly recommend Mountain Eye Institute! Dr. Duncan was absolutely amazing. He met us at his office late at night for an emergency when my son suffered an eye injury. I was extremely worried, but Dr. Duncan immediately put this stressed mama’s heart at ease. He was kind, patient, and very thorough. He carefully examined my son’s eye, answered all of our questions, and provided exceptional care.
The next day when I visited the office, the staff was wonderful. Stacy was especially helpful, and efficient while assisting me with paperwork and insurance questions.
