However, there have been instances where appointments were not scheduled correctly, leading to inconveniences for customers. Additionally, there were concerns about the accuracy of pricing information provided and the appropriateness of staff conversations heard by customers. The quality of nail services received seemed to vary, with some customers expressing dissatisfaction with the results.
I have in good authority that after SHE. Salon & Formal Dress Boutique purchased Cedar City Nails, the service, environment and quality of service has truly been recognized as the best in Cedar City. Call and make an appointment with Angie or any of the other nail techs...you cannot go wrong!
Update: They are now under new management and are much improved!
I used to really like this salon, but lately it's gone downhill. Pedicures and manicures are ok, but not great. They overcharge you and when you try to question they pretend like they don't speak English. I won't be going back.
The salon was spotless. Staff was pleasant and efficient. My technician was very much alert, and noted surgery on both feet even though the scars long since disappeared. She also gave me important tips on proper nail length.
My pedicure, exfoliation and massage easily dropped my BP 20 points. Both legs were still tingling an hour later. The price was more than fair. It was bustling even though it was mid-afternoon and mid-week.
I came with a friend who got a mani/Pedi in the chair next to me. He's used to pro service and he was quite pleased. His nail technician made a big difference in his presentation.
