In all the years I've used safelite for multiple vehicles and chip repairs, I can't say I've ever had problem with them. The communication has been good as well as the service.
Don't buy a set of windshield wiper blades from them though as they'll charge you a ton of money. Go to one of the auto parts stores such as O'Reilly, Advance or Auto Zone where you can buy them for less and they'll install them for free.
We went in for a small Starburst crack from a rock in our windshield, and we were able to be fitted in before our appointment time! They were very quick and professional, and we cannot tell there was even a chip in the first place.
Easy to set up an appointment. Three years ago I had to replace my windshield, I used them and bought a new one for less than my deductable. Two chip repairs later...the service and ease of scheduling is a 10!
