Oh my gosh this place is absolutely incredible. Charmaine at the front desk and our massage therapist Kim are the reasons that the definitions of accommodating, affable and kindness exist. I looked online to see if there was any availability for a 1 hour Swedish massage. I saw that the date I was hoping for was completely booked so I called just to be sure that the website has been updated to the most recent information. Charmaine let me me know that they were in fact booked but once she heard that I was trying to make a special day for my mom, her sweet heart made some calls. She even communicated with me through FB Messenger after hours🤯 Not only was she able to get my mom in, but she got her scheduled with Kim, a professional masseuse! Kim had rearranged her entire day just to get my mom in and she made me feel like she was truly happy to do it. The whole thing was kind of a secret from my mom and when we arrived, the way Charmaine and Kim treated me felt like I had just pulled something epic off with my own friends. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. This will be a day that my mom and I will never forget and for two totally different reasons. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
