We had booked the 90 minute couples massage. The studio was located in a private home but it was easy to find and the studio was clean with dimmed lights and a beautiful atmosphere. The massage beds were heated and all the equipment used was very comfortable and in great condition. The massage was the best we ever had! Both massage therapists were very professional and the massage was according to our individual needs: I was 5 months pregnant and was laying on a bolster and wedge to put me in a comfortable position and have a great massage without putting discomfort or pressure on my belly. It doesn’t get any better than this! Dinah is amazing; she’s a gifted and skilled practitioner with a thoughtful and intuitive approach - a total pro. Her studio has a welcoming, chill vibe and is perfectly in sync with her work. Definitely one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had.
I can't say enough good things about Dinah and Inner Strength Massage. I was having a lot of pain in my chest and shoulders and was running out of ideas to find some relief. Dinah has a wholistic approach and after a few treatments the pain eased away. I however will keep going back to Inner Strength forever!
