It doesn’t get any better than this! Dinah is amazing; she’s a gifted and skilled practitioner with a thoughtful and intuitive approach - a total pro. Her studio has a welcoming, chill vibe and is perfectly in sync with her work. Definitely one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had.

I can't say enough good things about Dinah and Inner Strength Massage. I was having a lot of pain in my chest and shoulders and was running out of ideas to find some relief. Dinah has a wholistic approach and after a few treatments the pain eased away. I however will keep going back to Inner Strength forever!

I was dazzled by Dinah Andrade’s gifts as a massage therapist. Highly recommend. I also appreciate that this business has completed the necessary steps to accept Health Savings Account (HSA) debit cards, which makes ongoing treatment event more affordable.

Inner Strength Bodywork is a in home studio located in the NSL/Bountiful area. Dinah Andrade is the owner/main therapist available. Out calls are available in the Salt Lake City and surrounding areas including Park City. Additional therapists are available for couples, 4 hand massages or as needed. We provide attentive, therapeutic modalities. Each therapist has at least 5 years of experience and continued education. We are a neutral space for all races, all political views, all genders.
