She pays very close attention to detail, she knows exactly how to help me whenever I ask her for her opinions about my styling needs for thin hair, she's extremely patient, and she never tries to talk me into any type of cut or style that I'm not comfortable with. Now she's the only hair stylist I trust with my hair. She understands that hair is a very personal thing for us women, and how greatly it impacts your appearance.
