This place is amazing! Super friendly and professional staff. Kyra helped me get checked in, & advised me on frames. I was Really pinching pennies, and she respected that & didn't try to upsell me which I Greatly Appreciate. They have a very attractive business model that I Love, & everyone was very helpful as well as kind. From the front desk, to the doctor, & back to the front desk I Definitely Strongly Recommend EYEGLASS WORLD!!! Thank you all so very much, & Merry Christmas!!!

Crystal, was a pleasant surprise! I completely expected to walk in and no one would greeting me, or ask me if they could help me.. This has been my experience at that store. My son & I purchased eyewear 3 yrs ago there, it was really an awful experience. Vowing never to go back, I took a chance, ( just needed the screw put back in the, ear to eye piece). Crystal greeted me, was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, in the repair. I want to commend her, for letting her beautiful personality show through, even if it’s not the popular way to treat the customers in that store. 5 Stars for her.

Went to Eyeglass World in Bountiful and it was a great experience! They were very timely with my eye exam. I only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor. After the exam Stacey Heywood was so incredible with helping me find the glasses that were right for me. They also has a huge selection of sunglasses. I ended up getting some very nice Ray-Bans also. Thanks for the help!
