Sweet lady and she did a good job. She did lose my jacket briefly though and made me very stressed I wouldn’t have my suit back in time for a wedding the next day. Didn’t seem too concerned about it either.

Leilani (owner/manager of Chay's) has always been fantastic! I have been taking all of my clothes to her for all sorts of different things for 10+ years, and she does a phenomenal job. I'm not the easiest customer and frequently ask her to do some tricky things to my clothes to make them the most comfortable for me, and she always can accommodate. Huge thanks to Leilani!

Chay saved the day after the original alterations to my wedding dress left the dress fitting worse than before. With only three weeks left until the big day, I was worried about it getting done in time and looking the way I wanted it to. She fixed EVERYTHING to make my dress fit like a glove and even added the bustle. This woman knows what she is doing! Thank you for saving the day!Service: Alterations
