Budget Blinds were responsive, responsible and very affordable. Their representative came out, understood what we required, provided a solution we were unaware was available, and less expensive than what we were planning . The order arrived within the timeframe expected and the representative installed the new equipment quickly and correctly. We are very happy with the outcome.

The people were great and I’d work with Budget Blinds again. We have used them in our Florida home and now here in Utah. The installer, Ty, was wonderful. He even stopped by for a tricky measurement with the consultant before ordering just to be sure blinds would work on that space. He did a fantastic job installing quickly and all the windows look great. Everything was cleaned up after.The room for improvement lies in the technology. The initial contact was weird and disorganized - it’s all automated. I would have rather dealt directly with a person. Then the email communications were formatted odd because the message appears in an image box so it’s not intuitive...read full review
