I’ve only been a few times but I’ve loved it. Makelle is the one who checked me in on my last visit and I think she could tell I was a little bit nervous, but she was awesome and quickly put me at ease. She was super friendly and took time to educate me on the different beds and products they offer. She was also very concerned about keeping my skin safe and not letting me get burned which I really, really, appreciate! It’s a great facility and I’ll definitely be back!
I came in right before closing thinking it would be empty but it was the opposite, there was a huge line. The girl at the front desk, Ava, was so nice and professional. She was able to help everyone and even took the time to explain everything to me since it was my first time. I’ll be back for sure!
