Great Gym. John and Elise have done an excellent job of creating a strong culture. Whether you're getting ready for a competition or just there to work out individually, you're part of the community which is rare in gyms today. Its a judgment free zone where everyone is there to help each other improve and push themselves to their max be it competition or personal best.
