“Carlos at Koi Dragon Tattoo did an incredible job on my tattoo! He took my idea and turned it into something even more beautiful than I imagined. The line work is clean, the shading is smooth, and the colors blend perfectly. He was patient, professional, and made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. The shop was clean, the experience was comfortable, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. I get compliments on it all the time!
