These guys are awesome. Our water softener put in by the builder died after two years (with no warranty) so we called Sharp Water Solutions after a recommendation. So glad we did. The water softener they put in is over 15 years old now and never had a problem. We were so happy with the water softener we've had them do some other plumbing work such as changing toilets, installing a whole house reverse osmosis system and adding hose bibs. I've been using Sharp Water for 15 years. They are always excellently priced, willing to listen to my concerns, give me options for repair, and give suggestions that will make my life easier. He moved my salt brine tank to a more functional area where I don't have to haul salt downstairs any more. He is honest and knowledgeable about what is going on with new gov't regulations that affect the manufacture of water heaters. I really appreciate the repairman! I couldn't be happier with Sharp Water on my whole house water softener and RO faucet install. Sharp won my business because they sent a technician instead of a salesman. Jeff gave a straightforward evaluation of my request, educating me in simple terms about what needed to happen and why. I could tell that Jeff knew exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for. I received quotes from three other companies. All of them sent salesmen who showed me sheets of information, trying to persuade me with limited time offers and fake smiles.
