We experienced a malfunction with our AC unit during one of the hottest days of the year. When we got home from work, the temperature inside our house had reached 90 degrees. After checking the power and replacing the capacitor ourselves, it became clear that we needed professional help.
I sent an after-hours text to Air Plus and received an almost immediate response. The owner asked us to give him a call, and he generously took the time to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue over the phone. He walked us through two possible solutions to get the unit running again and assured us that if those didn’t work, he would come out the very next day.

Luke and I think RJ came and helped fixed my problem. I had a power outage happen right after I got the text confirming they were on their way and had to call them to come back. Luckily the outage wasn’t long and they got here within less than an hour after they had to be called back. Took them 20 minutes at most to remove the broken piece in the AC unit and replace it. Had the racing running and cool the house again immediately. They were great and it went super fast. Answered all my questions too. Also very patient while I had to communicate with my fiance about pricing while he was away at work.
Luke came over in the emergency situation to fix 95 year-old grandparents AC on the Hottest day of the year! He was able to be there within an hour after calling him. I would definitely recommend his Company any day of the week
