Conner was great to work with! Had good prices and went the extra mile to get me parts for my blinds when other companies wouldn’t. He would always answer my calls when I called him too. I would highly recommend him!

The original blinds he installed were not wide enough. He admitted that he ordered the wrong blinds by mistake and would re-order them.
The ordering process took longer than we would have liked, but in the end he added an additional incentive and did what he felt was fair to both parties due to the inconvenience and long wait time and lack of follow-up on our order. We felt satisfied with the solution and love how the blinds look!
I would recommend calling instead of texting. He tends to respond much better to a direct phone call.

Great experience with these guys! Awesome automatic blinds that work with a remote, my phone, and Siri. Our windows are up high so we got solar with them so that we won’t have to charge anything. Great communication and GREAT prices! Tried one of the bigger stores and they wanted me to put another mortgage down just for blinds. Great price and great quality, can’t go wrong with Brothers Blinds. Will be back if we need anything more.
