The store has great selection of party supplies. I got to give them credit for that. When it comes to helium for balloons, they did something this year with their helium. I think they cut back on their helium. The balloons you get blown up don't float nearly as long as they normally would. I blew the balloons up on her birthday yearly. Last year for my daughters birthday, the balloons stayed afloat for a whole week easily after her birthday. This year, the balloons started dropping the second day after her birthday. Last year, the #1 floated ever so well and lasted a 3-4 days floating. This year, the #2 floated by a miracle once back at the party being the same day blown...read full review

Popped in to the store to pick up some last-minute Halloween plates and cutlery. Ended up exploring massive rows of Halloween decor, costumes, and accessories. Staff were kind and offered help finding items and were incredibly pleasant at the register. Well done Zurchers team!
