Have never worked with a contractor who was as honest, upfront, and committed to getting the job done right as Steve and Jesse. Would give them 6 stars if I could. Great people and team.
My garage had sunk over 3 inches because of poor compaction when the home was built. I called landmark and they quoted the job in less than 24 hours. We scheduled and they came within a week to do the work. They were able to repair the garage with little to no interference on our household. If we had replaced the floor it would have taken over a week to do and substantial interference on the household. There was a little dust, but still less than replacement would have caused.
Called Landmark Lifting to repair some walkways at my parents house. They sent me a quote within a few minutes and were at the house the next morning at 9am. My parents had a complicated custom walkway that had crack and sunk more than 2 inches and was a serious hazard. I had no idea how to fix it and our first contractor suggested that we tear out all the concrete and replace. Took them about 1.5 hours and the walkway and driveway were perfectly level. They were friendly and professional. Could not be happier with the work they did, their professionalism, and how quickly they got it done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
