We would highly recommend Highland Custom Homes. They finished our beautiful mountain modern home in Promontory December 2023. We were so impressed working with Matt, Kenny, Mark and their subs during our build and post closing. What impressed us most were their attention to detail, quality and responsiveness. Owner Matt Yeates is incredible. He is all about an amazing customer experience and his focus on quality is 2nd to none! Building custom homes takes the right mix of listening to the customer to understand what they need and want, providing creative recommendations, and allowing flexibility through the process to build the perfect home and there is no one better at striking this balance than he is.
Highland custom homes built our dream home in Hiighland in 2013. They were great to work with. Their contractors were very professional with high quality work. They had multiple resources to help us with our home design and all the fixtures, flooring, granite and cabinetry installations that went into creating our dream home. They were honest in their dealings and a pleasure to work with and very accommodating with our needs. If we ever decide to build again, Highland Custom Homes would definitely be our first choice.
