LOVE Dr. Mike!! Great person and vet. Listens well to his patients owners. However, A couple
Of the technicians there could do well to follow his example. Brought dog in for a no bite neck collar. Technicians wouldn’t listen to me that I thought it was too long. My dog can’t even eat or drink with it on because her head is constantly tilted up straight. But they told me they recommend not taking it off because it’s hard to get back on. Okay…I guess eating and drinking isn’t important. Wasted $55 because they wouldn’t allow me to trade it in for one inch smaller.
