I just wanted to say why I gave only a 1 star is because Mike has retired and he said that another guy has taken over the Trane air conditioning services, well that guy was very rude on his recording on his phone number, and when he did call me back he was rude again so I opted to go with AAA air conditioning they also are Trane service company, very nice people and they were very professional and friendly and prompt.

Percer Air Conditioning installed an AC in my 81 year old mothers house and did an incredible job! My mother has been raving about you all day! She said your company is reliable, on time and has great work ethics. Thank you so much for making it such a pleasant experience for my mom!

I can't honestly rate this business . But I can rate the owners character .He is an animal killer , he shot his neighbor's puppy two times and left it to die.I wouldn't trust ANYONE that would shoot and kill a family's dog , A NEIGHBOR no less.
