Darrell Smotek was absolutely amazing!! He helped me so much to program my machine. But more than that he actually helped me find the perfect mask to fit me needs I had the best sleep I’ve had in years
I’m new to using a CPAP, and when my pulmonologist asked which supplier I wanted, I had no idea where to start. I’m so glad I chose American HomePatient! A big thank-you to Mark, who’s been in the industry for over 25 years. He made sure I got the mask that was the best fit for me, and he walked me through everything — from programming and using the CPAP to the maintenance it needs. Mark was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m now comfortable and successful using my CPAP at home!
I highly recommend America Homepatient in Woodway! I have been getting my supplies through them and I recently had to replace my old machine. I have 2 people I think went out of their way to help me. Mikayla and Mark!
Mikayla notified me of what I needed to do . But, she also took time out of her busy schedule to explain what she was having to verify and how she would take care of it. Then when I had an appointment for my new machine Mark was my instructor of how to use the new machine, how to clean it, several important information and he answered and listen to me!
