“I order a set of flowers for a relative following a death in our family. The order was placed on Friday, with delivery scheduled the next day.On Saturday I received a call requesting to speak further about my order. Woodville Florist & Gift Shop had let me know that they were closed for the Memorial Day weekend, but saw that my order was for "sympathy" and came into the shop to help me out. We replaced my order with what they had available (and even double-checked which flowers in stock were non-toxic to dogs) and set it to still be delivered that day.Truly went above and beyond during this difficult time for our family.
