She was gentle and thorough when washing my hair and made adjustments to the cut as we went along as I didn't show up with inspo pics. Madeline's is very up front about the costs of services so there is full transparency. Sunny was a kind, excellent communicator when she was juggling her appointments and put up with my yappin' like a peach!!! I adore my new cut, it was desperately needed as my hair was insanely overgrown. Her styling was perfect leaving my hair shiny and soft with no more tangles from scraggly ends.
