“Up to this point I would highly recommend your barbecue. But if I walk in and get treated like this girl treated my buddy today, I'll never step foot in your store again. The rude, indignant and entitled attitude, makes me want to cook my own. And when I walk in to get some lunch or dinner again, and see her standing back there, I'll turn around and have to think about whether or not I want to go back. I don't think she understands you're not the only barbecue in town, even though you're up there with the best. She destroys your image.“
