To the point, I have not had a decent pair of glasses in probably a decade. Not that I haven't had several pairs, its just that in the span of 10 plus years the three other optical clinics as well as the Veterans Administration couldn't get it right to save their lives. I just got a pair from the VA a month ago and they are $h!t. We are so glad that we called Stanton and spoke with Chloe. She took wonderful care of my wife. I dealt with Christina who was equally as great and today when put my new glasses on I immediately smiled, I could see clearly. So, I'll be dammed, they can make glasses in the USA. I originally went to the Forum location and dealt with what I now learned is an assistant manager, which makes it that much worse! This location, Windcrest, is a whole other ball game!! I was ready to give up on Stanton Opticle, but Morgan wasn't having that. Her attitude and her actions were above and beyond, what you would expect in customer service. With little to no effort even, you could tell it was genuinely who she is. It didn't take long to notice that Chloe was exactly the same! Although they were not able to correct the issues created by the Forum location, they both went above and beyond to try. I will definitely give them my business, moving forward!!

I went in today to get my glasses tighten and repaired and the sales associate Jahzara was AWESOME...she was very pleasant and very helpful. I was actually having a really rough day when I had gotten there, but Jahzara made my day a thousand times better 10/10 ??
