STAY AWAY, IMMATURE, RUDE HIGH SCHOOL BEHAVIOR FROM OLDER NAILS TECHS. Extremely Rude customer service from nail tech that did my nails (older woman) and other male nail tech in the shop on Nail Art on Walzem (there were only 2).
My nail tech was stand offish from the beginning and barely spoke to me. I tried to be polite and ask a few questions. Realized she didn’t want to talk much, which is understandable, so I let it be. However, she became very angry with me when I told her I didn’t like the color that she was applying to my nails. The color was multiple shades darker on my nail than how the color of the dip powder originally looked... read full review

I've been going to this place for about 2yrs and have been happy with there services. But when I went yesterday for a fill and new design which I showed the lady she filed down my previous nails. As she is doing this my finger slips and she slices the top of my middle finger. but then started to do fill with still previous (yellow) color underneath. She then started to talk to another lady and I told her what I wanted and what she wanted to do and what she did and she had me sit in her chair and she finished but while doing them she kept hurting my finger she then put cotton underneath which didn't help cuz while she was filing it down it grabbed the... read full review
