We closed on a property in Arlington TX recently with Woody & Teresa and could not have had a better experience. For us, the atmosphere in working with them was smooth and very pleasant. They never made us feel 'dumb' or expected us to understand all the 'real estate' language or the many documents to sign. Teresa explained each one patiently, making sure we understood everything and always answering our questions, if we had any. My wife and I highly recommend Woody and Teresa Willhite of the Willhite Realty Group. On a spur of the moment, we decided to look at Parker County TX as a place to live. We were given Woody and Teresa's info by some good friends and contacted them. We got to Weatherford that night and Teresa had already set up a profiling meeting along with some showings of properties we gave them for the next day. They were very thorough with their profiling questions. They set up showings again for the next morning and the next day before we left the area. They listened intently to what we were interested in. They had very comprehensive information about Parker County, good areas and areas we might want to stay away from. They know the area, the builders, and the economy. We got a lot more from them than from typical agents we've worked with in the past.
