Even though I was not an existing client, she bent over backwards to help and comfort me. Dr Lorenz (again I really hope that's right, she was also amazing), came out quickly. She did everything she could to help Roo feel better. I absolutely loved her, and I felt very confident in her abilities.I can't recommend this practice enough. “Recently came to Holland for the first time for my dogs spay. Prices were reasonable and services provided were great. I appreciated how quick they were able to get her in for surgery especially because she was in heat, most places make you wait weeks after they finish heat cycle.They sent us home with everything that was needed and were quick to answer any questions I had. Very knowledgeable. I was touched he cared enough to spend the time giving me EXTREMELY valuable information (I learned a LOT during our visit) & also reminded me to remember the difference in cat & human perspective. His demeanor eased my anxiety & I felt better leaving the appointment despite my kitten needing ongoing treatment b/c this clinic obviously cares not only about the animals, but also the people who bring them in.The lady at the front desk was warm, gentle, & solution focused.
