They do a really good job, but I'm not sure why they are a bit over the top expensive. I take my special things there occasionally when I cam't get in to Kites in Fort Worth.

Although I have only used them for the past 8 months (and new to the area) they have done a great job with our clothes. The only problem I have experienced at the Willow Park location are the employees. I have never gone in there when I have been greeted me with a smile, how are you, thank you or have a nice day. I have experienced an attitude unfriendliness to the point of being completely rude. I definitely leave there feeling like they are doing me a favor. A little show of appreciation for their customers would go a very long way!
