Charlie worked harder than any other roofing company we've ever dealt with to get our insurance company to cover all the damage they should have been covering from the start. He fought for us with our insurance for hours, & was just a blessing to us when alot was going wrong. Even when a few hiccups occurred throughout the process, he was always available by phone & would even come by at night or on weekends if needed. He is a tremendously hard worker & his crew did a great job for 2 days in the heat on a difficult job. You won't find a better company or owner.
I had a great experience with Heroic Roofing. Charlie came out to repair a leak I had in my roof over my garage and was incredibly professional from start to finish.
