I love the variety in the camaraderie and the competitiveness of the classes. Definitely has helped me to be more consistent and change it my training. I love all the trainers and all my teammates are great to push me every class. Happy to be a part of this community.

I started at F45 a little over 2 weeks ago. So far I’ve really enjoyed the gym! I’ve been lacking motivation to workout by myself so the fact that someone else is organizing the workouts and the accountability that comes along with group classes has been huge for me and my consistency. All the coaches are great and take the time to really encourage everyone. 10/10 suggest this place.

F45 is the go-to group fitness class for all fitness levels. Every workout is different, challenging (but always with options for modifying) and the coaches are personable and professional.
