I won a gift card to use at this place and they had a 20% special running at the same time. NOWHERE was it outlined that I couldn't apply the 20% off because I was using a gift card. NOWHERE on their promotion flyer or website said the two couldn't be combined so I ended up paying more than I budgeted for. The only reason I may go back is because of who did my pedicure otherwise this place needs to get it together.
Service was great and they took us in right away. Only thing is the nail polish took a while to dry even after 15 mins. My tech accidentally cut me but I think because my hands are so dry. I typically do my own nails since it isn't too hard but I want to try to do a real manicure every now and then. They currently have a special since they just opened, just show them their FB post. I was expecting for it to be packed but there are so many of these around, definitely take walk ins.
