I've called Shane multiple times and he has never not come through. I'm a single mom homeowner and don't have a lot of time. It's hard to find people that are honest, fair and knowledgeable. Shane is all those things. Fair pricing. Honest, kind and highly recommended. If he can't help, he knows someone trustworthy who can.

Josh was first to come out and then we scheduled setup for a new system which was upgraded to a heat pump and new furnace system. Jared and Josh met the rest of their crew here this morning. With a complete install, fixed my flooring, and was completely done by 2:00 p.m.

I honestly feel as though they went above and beyond for me. And they were extremely competitive with their pricing.

I highly recommend Cool Co. to EVERYONE. Whether it be a service call, a new install, or getting in on their biannual maintenance. Hands Down The BEST!!!

Jerry and Josh came out and replaced the coils of my AC unit and did a remarkable job! They were very polite and very efficient! I will be recommending this company to everyone I know!
