Oakfall Builders LLC was formed as a response to concerns its Cofounders had while working for prominent GC’s. Our mission is to deliver transparency, consistency, and quality craftsmanship on every project. Each of our structures is designed with the end user in mind. From Energy Efficiency, to creature comforts, we deliver it! As a Design Build firm, we can take a project from design through construction with greater cost control. Have your own designs? Allow us to put a bid package together that shows the exact foundation type, structural framing members, and each and every fixture that we base our Client allowances off of. A full Custom Home bud should encompass more than a single page, and a GC should know every step to completion.
