This company flooded two of my properties due to poor workmanship and cutting corners. They did not offer to show up and help clean the mess. They never offered to compensate me for the approximate $12,000 in damages. I had to call them a dozen times before they offered to make an insurance claim. Then they lied to the insurance company about the events and the claims were denied. The owner has never even attempted to call me despite my requests many times. I had to hire another plumber on multiple occasions to get repairs made when United didn’t show up.
