Had a great experience with Julie, Cody, and Alan this past weekend. Moved into a new place and it was 96 degrees inside. Cody spent a few hours on Saturday working his hardest to get it cooling. Monday morning Alan was back at it and got it functioning. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Will for sure be using them again!

I highly recommend C&R service and Repair out of Whitehouse. So professional from the first call with Julie to the technician Cody, both were very polite and knowledgeable. I appreciated the communication. Cody called right away to let me know how many calls he had ahead of me but assured me he would definitely be out to figure it out. And then called again to let me know he was on his way. Very well spoken, courteous, kind, and professional. It’s rare these days to see such good customer service but I can see why this company has a 5 star rating. 10/10 recommend if you are having hvac issues. The temp is already dropping in my house and I won’t be taking AC for granted ever again.
